Choose to take part in support of Social Bite and you will still get a dedicated member of our team to support you all the way as well as fundraising tips and your own Social Bite T-shirt. You can let us know during the entry process or email us directly at community@social-bite.co.uk. If you’ve got your own place, then you don’t have a fundraising target – we’d just ask you raise as much as you can, to break the cycle of homelessness!

The easiest way to fundraise is online. Set up your own fundraising page with Just Giving here. You can easily see your grand total and donations you collect online automatically come to us as well, so there’s no need to pay in your fundraising separately.

Share your page on your social media, it’s the best way to spread the word about your amazing fundraising. Be sure to tag Social Bite in your social media posts so your followers can learn even more about the cause. Find us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Setting a target is an important first step – fundraising pages with targets have been proven to raise even more than those without a target. Kickstart your collection by making that first donation yourself too, it inspires others to donate when there’s a starting amount on there!

You’ll get lots more information closer to the time – from us and from the race organisers – you’ll be told where you’ll need to be to start from, how to get your race number, and receive information about the route and where supplies and assistance are.

On the day, the Social Bite team may have a cheer point at the side of the race route to cheer you on from. We'll let you know if our team will be there on the day, and where on the route we'll be situated (look out for people in green Social Bite t-shirts celebrating you as you walk by!
